Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

If you are not in love with your purchase, please send an email to elevenelevenartistry@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your product(s). Please make sure to include your order number, the reason why you want to return or exchange your item, and photos (especially if damage is being claimed). Anything past 7 days will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
 

Non-Personalized Items:
Your happiness of the product is my priority. Eleven Eleven Artistry will gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized products within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

 

Personalized Items:
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any personalized gifts, whether purchased by you or someone else. Eleven Eleven Artistry is not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling of your item before you place your order. The items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if Eleven Eleven Artistry has made a spelling error of the product. Photographs of items will be taken prior to sending out to customer. 

 

Paintings:
All sales on paintings are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
